Cheryl Chow Court Apartments, Affordable Senior Housing in Ballard, is now accepting pre-applications. Please see attached PDF flyer which contains all the information needed to apply, as well as the pre-application.
Remember all pre-applications must be either mailed or faxed to The Low Income Housing Institute, 2407 1st Ave Suite 200, Seattle, WA 98121 or fax (206) 245-1996. Scanned and emailed applications will not be accepted. All applications are time/date stamped and are considered in the order they are received.
Applicants will be contacted between December 10th and 24th to attend formal application processing with LIHI staff.
